Any police officer would want such a patrol car. Unfortunately they are not so lucky, because this Scirocco will only be the official vehicle for the “Tune IT SAFE” campaign held during the Tuning Auto Show in Essen.

“Tune IT SAFE” is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Transport in Germany and the Tuner Association from the same country. Each year the chose a model and prepare it to look like an modified Police patrol car, to draw the attention of the public to the danger of excessive tuning.
This year it`s VW Scirocco`s turn to wear the uniform. And we can only say that this one looks great, the “bad boy” look being meant for a model designed to apply the law.
This Scirocco is tuned with the support of HANKOOK, official sponsor of the “Tune IT SAFE” campaign, that also exposed it`s new Ventus S1 tires with the dimensions 245/30 Zr 20.
